Terms of Use for Self Service

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Cloakwell Data Guard website and self-service plans. Enterprise agreements, where signed, take precedence over these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or process personal data through Cloakwell without a lawful basis and the necessary notices to your own visitors.
3. Your responsibilities
As the controller of data collected via your properties, you configure purposes, vendors and retention; Cloakwell acts as processor under our Data Processing Agreement, available on request.
4. Availability & support
We target 99.9% monthly availability for hosted services and provide support per your plan. Guided pilots and migration assistance follow the scope agreed in your order.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloakwell’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
